Rough cut to opening sequence

This is a rough cut of all of the footage put together that had been filmed. We edited the footage using final cut, we expected the final edit to be very different from the rough cut due to the fact that this rough cut is simply all of the footage put together in order without the use of any editing techniques etc.
Research was gathered from the class as they gave us feedback for the rough cut the general comments that were made are as follows:

• The footage was very dark and it was hard to tell what was going on in the scenes
• The storyline was not clear the peers in the class were unsure as to what was going on, it was suggested that narration could have been used.
• No sound had been added to the footage again making the storyline less clearer, sound could have been added to add more tension and atmosphere.
• Some of the shots were a bit shaky as some shots had been done by using a hand held camera, without the use of the tripod.
